This beautiful, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers mountain view and a short walk directly onto the beach. It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one room which has a trip-bunk (single on top and double on the bottom) The kitchen is newly equipped with all modern appliances and features a gas stove/electric oven, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and microwave oven. Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the kitchen and a tumble dryer in the garage. The open plan living area has a dining table and a lounge area with a comfy couch and a fat screen TV with the full DSTV bouquet of channels. Parking is provided in an automated garage and there are 2 private parking bays available. Laguna Beach section C has its own lock up drying area for washing. Greenways is a gated estate which has 24 hour top security. Although the apartment has its own portable Weber braai, there is a communal braai and pool area in the complex and the Greenways Clubhouse is nearby which has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and pool area. As its name indicates, the Strand's main attraction is the beautiful beach that stretches into the distance along the shore of False Bay. A short walk of thirty metres, through the garden and sand dunes will bring you to the wonderful five kilometre long sandy beach. Accommodation comprises of two double/twin rooms, one en-suite bathroom; a further bathroom; fully equipped kitchen; open plan dining and living area with a sofa. Outside is a patio and private garden with barbecue. There is a covered parking area next to the house, and a communal swimming pool and garden to the rear of the property. All bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided, although you will need to bring your own beach towels. The house will be cleaned at the end of your stay but we can also arrange for cleaning during your stay too, if required, at extra cost. A maid will clean at the end of your stay, however we can arrange for this midweek if desired. The Surrounding Area The False Bay water is pleasant for swimming and sailing, as it is significantly warmer and calmer than the Atlantic Ocean just the other side of the Cape. Sea temperatures in summer are up to 20°C. The Bay is also a favoured haunt for whales and their calves, dolphins and seals and they are commonly sighted. Within easy reach of Emerald Bay are many other beautiful, white sandy beaches, spectacular coastal drives and a selection of excellent restaurants. Just 30 minutes drive away is central Cape Town, one of the world's most beautiful cities. The city is dominated by the 1000 metre high Table Mountain, host to an amazing number of flora and fauna. The world renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, at the foot of Table Mountain, are the most beautiful gardens and a must to visit, with 36 landscaped hectares of over 6,000 indigenous plants.

42 Kusweg 302 is one of the lovely apartments located in the complex of 42 Kusweg, offering guests accommodation right on beachfront. The self-catering unit comprises three rooms furnished with comfortable double, single and a bunk bed. Offering beautiful views, one balcony features a built-in braai and a dining area. The second balcony if flows out of the main bedroom and features lovely views of Table Mountain in the distance. Off-street parking is available for two cars, with one being able to park in the automated garage. Strandsig 504's two bedrooms comprise of one double with a queen size- and a single bed and one double with two single beds. It has 1 bathroom, a lounge/dining room and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with oven stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. The unit is close to numerous restaurants, has beautiful sea-views and a full Dstv premium bouquet. It is in a Security-complex with a dedicated covered parking bay and a Braai facility on the balcony (charcoal only). Sorry but the unit is not pet friendly. Main bedroom and lounge have beautiful sea views. Unit sleeps max 5 people (1 DB x 3 Single beds). Bath towels are supplied.
